About the Quality Check
The Quality Check is an automatic verification system that is implemented in a production line for softcover books. Via the settings of the Quality Check, you can specify after how many books one book should be sent to the operator for inspection. The operator can manually inspect the books’ quality and place them back on the output side of the machine after approval. The Quality Check ensures that the inspected book is automatically returned to the production stream for further processing. The operator can maintain position at the binding machine to ensure no time is lost and the quality of the books can be effectively verified.

Using the Quality Check
The Quality Check can be used in conjunction with other machines of any brand of softcover binding line. For example, the machine can be placed between a Binder and a buffer conveyor. After inspection, the books can be sent to the trimming machine to be trimmed on three sides. You can also add a Stacker to your production line to stack the books after production.
