About the Easy-Plast
The Easy-Plast is a lamination machine that was specially designed to laminate bound books (hardcover) and paperbacks (softcover) that are produced in small quantities. The machine can laminate using both PVC and the environmentally friendly self-adhesive biofilm. Depending on the quality of the books, it can process up to 400 books per hour. The Easy-Plast eliminates a tonne of manual labour while improving the quality of the books. The lamination ensures the books are well protected and keeps them in prime condition.

Using the Easy-Plast
The Easy-Plast can be used in conjunction with other machines, e.g. the TIM. The Easy-Plast applies film. The TIM ensures the film is wrapped around the inside of the cover and that the book tag and RFID label are added. The book is then ready for shipping.
The Easy-Plast can also be used together with the Stacker. This machine stacks the finished books after production.
Extra option: the Multi-copy unit
Whereas the Easy-Plast laminates books that are produced in small quantities, the Multi-copy unit can laminate medium print runs of books of the same size. The Multi-copy unit is available as an optional add-on for the Easy-Plast machine. With the six different foil widths, the unit will automatically use the right size film for each book.
