About the De-Stacker
This machine was designed to destack and transport books with different dimensions. It is the ideal machine with which to optimise your production process. The De-Stacker can handle single-copy production with a thickness ranging from 2-60 mm without switching out components or requiring intervention from an operator. The De-Stacker can process book blocks and soft- and hardcover books. This machine makes your production process complete and was specially designed to meet our clients’ wishes.

Using the De-Stacker
The De-Stacker was developed to be used in conjunction with other machines. Think of e.g. a Hardcover Line producing hardcover books. It can also be placed between a Binding Machine and a Trimming Machine that produce e.g. softcover books. In addition, it can be placed before a Trimming Machine to de-stack books produced in single copy, while maintaining their correct order.
Settings options
The machine offers various settings to choose from. The De-Stacker uses the principle of “first in, first out.” This means that the first book going into the machine will also be the first one to come out again. This makes it easy to pick the desired order. It allows a machine running in line with the De-Stacker to match products that go together.
