About the Sorter
The Sorter is available in several versions. Clients all over the world use it for various applications. With the help of tailor-made software, the machine ensures that products can be sorted in different ways. Think of sorting by thickness, weight, reading RFID chips or barcodes, etcetera. With its unique and flexible structure, the machine can be modified to suit your needs.

Using the Sorter
There are myriad ways to use the Sorter. Below are just a few examples of how we implemented the Sorter in combination with various other machines for our clients.
Variant 1
The Sorter can be combined with a Paternoster Orderpick system or a system warehouse. This ensures the correct positions are automatically placed in front of the opening and the correct position can be filled manually without making any mistakes.
Variant 2
The Sorter can be used as a buffer at the end of a production line used for single-copy production. The Sorter ensures products are sent along to e.g. a packaging line in an orderly fashion.
Variant 3
The Sorter can be used in conjunction with a number of Stackers, each of which can be loaded automatically. This is the perfect solution for processing or stacking products of different sizes.
Optional add-on: the Paternoster Orderpick
The Sorter can be connected to a Paternoster Orderpick system. The positions where sorted products can be stored are recorded in the Paternoster. The sorting system ensures that products are loaded onto the right trolleys for the right position. The trolleys with a visible barcode can then be scanned using the barcode scanner mounted on the Paternoster.
